Production process of cocoa powder production line:
Cocoa Bean Roasting -- Peeling -- Grinding -- Oil Pressing -- Crushing -- Powder Making Machine -- Powder Packer

Cocoa powder is made from cocoa cake. Baked cocoa beans will first be ground into cocoa butter. Then, the oil is squeezed out of the cocoa mass with a liquid hydraulic press and then the cocoa cake is removed. Cocoa cake will be placed in a powdered machine to obtain the final cocoa powder.

The main machine of the cocoa powder processing machine：
♦ Cocoa Bean Roaster Machine: This machine is mainly used for roasted cocoa beans, can choose electric heating, coal heating, gas heating and heat conduction oil heating in a variety of ways, heat directly by thermal radiation effects on cocoa beans,in the process of baking sieve rotation together, can make the roasted cocoa beans uniform heating, to achieve the ideal effect of baking.
♦ Cocoa Liquor Grinder: Put peeled cocoa beans into grinding machine to make cocoa bean paste.This grinder machine is mainly used to make nuts, seeds and beans into butter.
♦ Oil Cake Crushing Machine: This machine is specially suitable for dry, fresh bovine bone, pig bone, sheep bone, donkey bone, etc. all kinds of animal big bone and fish bone, broken range 5-80mm.
♦ Cocoa Powder Grinding Machine: The grinding machine structure is simple, solid, smooth operation and good crushing effect.
