After the chocolate raw material is melted in the melting tank, it is transferred to the depositing machine's storage tank. Using a screw pump or piston pump, the machine precisely delivers the set amount of chocolate paste to each dispensing port. When the conveying mechanism is activated, the chocolate paste drips evenly from a stainless steel nozzle onto the mold or baking paper on the conveyor, forming uniform droplets. After dripping, the chocolate droplets follow the conveyor into a cooling tunnel, where they are rapidly solidified by circulating cold air or water.
